Between 1714 and 1837 the industries, ideas and interests of people in North East England shaped the modern world.
Hear more about this time and the characters including Thomas Wright, Anne Fisher, Sarah Hodgson, Thomas Spence, Earl Grey, Thomas Bewick and George Stephenson.
Come along to this relaxed evening to enjoy this fascinating talk from Richard while enjoying a glass of wine and platter of nibbles. Â There will also be the opportunity to ask questions at the end of the talk.
This talk is part of Gateshead Archives' 2nd History Festival - an annual celebration of local, UK and World History.
