The atmosphere at the Land of Oak & Iron is stunning on an evening. Join Frances from The Nines Soap Works and learn how to make your own handmade, natural soap. You'll also come away with 10 bars of your own soap, and be treated to nibbles and a hot drink during the session.

About the Event
The workshop will take place in our cosy cafe space after hours and places will be limited to allow plenty of space for each participant.
During the detailed workshop, Frances will teach you how to create your own range of beautifully scented soaps using traditional techniques and your own choice of essential oils, colours and botanicals all from natural ingredients which are vegetarian friendly.
Some of the essential oils you can choose include Lavender, Lemon, Sweet Orange, Lemongrass, Rosemary, Tea Tree and Peppermint.
You’ll make two batches during the workshop and take home with you 10 unique bars of soap that you made yourself. Â
In between making the two batches of soap, you will have time for a short break to enjoy a hot drink and some nibbles.
Tickets £57.50 per person including all materials and refreshments.
