About the Event
Celebrate Scotland's 'National Bard' Robert Burns with us at the Land of Oak & Iron Heritage Centre, with a traditional 3 course Burns Night Supper - we had a fantastic evening last year!
It'll be an enjoyable social evening and in the true spirit of Burns we will be following traditons such as the reading of some Burns poems and the ceremonial addressing of the haggis with Northumbrian piper Ednie Wilson and Bob Wilson on accordian, they will also play tunes as guest arrive and end the evening with Auld Lang Syne.
We will also have a fun table quiz during the evening.

Tickets £35 per person includes 3 course Scottish set menu, tea/coffee and Scottish tablet. A dram of whisky for toasting.

Menu 1:
Homemade vegetarian Scotch broth.
Traditional haggis, neeps & tatties, seved with whisky cream sauce.
Classic Scottish raspberry cranachan.
Tea/coffee with Scottish tablet.
Menu 2:
Homemade vegetarian Scotch broth.
Vegetarian haggis, neeps & tatties, seved with mushroom gravy.
Vegan lemon tart with raspberry coulis.
Tea/coffee with Scottish tablet.
