About the Event
Land of Oak & Iron is the perfect place to take your 4 legged friends for a walk – our Heritage Centre is dog friendly and we even have a doggie treat menu too!
Event day 10am - 5pm, with the dog show from 2pm.
To celebrate our 4 legged visitor friends, we are organising an event especially for them (and their human folk).
Join us in and around the Courtyard for doggie themed stalls and a fun dog show – there are 9 different categories such as dog with the waggiest tail, best dressed, dog most like their owner and best trick along with an award for the best in show.
We will also have some doggie themed stalls, including David’s Dog Deli, pet portrait artists Pastels by Mags Robinson and Sarah Gee Art, dog paw prints and ceramics with Scribble & Patch, Sam’s Place Pet Shop, dog fashions…
